Einar W. "Sam" Henriksen, 84, of Conway passed away Friday, July 9, 2010.
He was born Sept. 21, 1925, in Medford, Minn., to the late Einar and Meta Henriksen. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Geneva M. Henriksen; sons, Michael S. Henriksen and Jimmie A. Watts; two sisters, Vera Venero and Mary Jane Aramburu; and a brother, Robert Henriksen.
He was a farmer, an Army veteran of World War II, and member of Pickles Gap Baptist Church.
He is survived by three daughters, Sally Hockman and husband Ronnie of Conway, Cynthia Tacker and husband James of North Little Rock, and Anita Fugiel of Park Forest, Illinois; one son, Richard Watts and wife LaVerne of Grifton, North Carolina; one brother, Arthur Henriksen and wife Pearl of Minnesota; and by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with the Rev. Tim Kellerman officiating. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Loudermilk, Michael Lambertino, Jason Tacker, Jeremy Tacker, James Tacker and Mike Cook. Honorary pallbearer is Ronnie Hockman.
