Shirley Jeannette (Herring) Chandler, 41, of Conway died at her home. She was born Nov. 17, 1968 in Little Rock, a daughter of Carrol and Linda Joan (Groom) Herring of Quitman.
Shirley had worked with Methodist Behavioral Hospital where she was an instructor. She attended New Life Church and was a volunteer services to the VFW Post 2259 in Conway.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Heather and Haley Chandler of Vilonia; a sister, Martha Gatliff and husband Nick of Clinton; brothers, Brent Herring and wife Brenda of Conway, Steve Herring of Pine Bluff, Claude Herring and wife Paula of Quitman, James Herring and wife Donna of Conway; six nieces and three nephews; and her special friend, Sylva Croney of Conway; as well as a number of other family members and friends.
Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at New Home Missionary Baptist Church near Quitman, with Harrel Herring officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m, Monday at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway. 501-327-7727.
