Larry P. Walker, 61, of Greenbrier passed away Thursday, Aug. 26, 2010 at VA Hospital in Little Rock. He was born Aug. 24, 1949 to the late William L. and Valley Inez (Haney) Walker in Fontana, Calif. He was of the Baptist faith. 

He loved riding his motorcycle and spending time with his dog, Gator. He was fun and enjoyable to be around and was a loving brother, cousin and nephew. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He is also preceded in death by a sister, Judy Wolf, and two brothers, Edward Allen Walker and Elzer W. Walker.

He is survived by one daughter, Suzanne Tanner of Omaha, Neb.; a brother, Jack Walker of California; and one grandson, Owen Tanner.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Church in Rose Bud with John Pettus officiating under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery with Velton Fulton, George Fulton, J.R. Fulton, Michael Fulton, Junior Fulton, and Shane Fulton serving as pallbearers.
