Mrs. Oscar Lee Jobe
Mrs. Oscar Lee "Jonnie" Jobe, 80, of Naylor died Friday, Nov. 26, 2010, at her home. She was born Feb. 19, 1930, in Naylor, a daughter of the late Oscar and Minnie (Rice) Carmichael.
Mrs. Jobe was a member of the Naylor United Methodist Church. She was retired from SAS in Conway. She enjoyed and loved her family and was loved by them all.
Survivors are her husband, Forrest A. Jobe; her son, Charles Jobe and wife Rosemary of Naylor; her daughter, Sherry Cates and husband Skip of Vilonia; grandchildren, Jason Jobe and wife Tonya; Shannon Carter and wife Susie, Shawn Carter; great-grandchildren, Jaycie and Jenna Jobe; Nicholas and Kassidy Carter; as well as a number of nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, with the Revs. Luke Parker and Joe Engdahl officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, at Naylor, with Jason Jobe, Shannon Carter, Shawn Carter, Glen Henderson, Goley Atkinson and Jimmy Jobe serving as pallbearers.
