One day shy of shooting a 77, University of Central Arkansas junior Lewis George finished off the final round of the NCAA College Station Men’s Golf Regional by shooting a 75.

He finished the regional shooting rounds of 73, 77 and 75 for a total of 225, which is 9-over par.

George tied for 50th along with five others.

George shot even on the front nine, birdieing on the fourth hole before closing the front nine out with a bogey.

George struggled on the back half, hitting bogeys on holes 11, 16 and 18.

Chandler Phillips of host Texas A&M won the tournament, shooting 11-under.
