Several Faulkner County basketball players earned all-state and/or all-tournament recognition from the Arkansas Activities Association.

Tim Boyd, a 5-foot-10 guard from Conway High, earned both 7A all-state and all-state tournament citations. He averaged 17 points per game during the season and was named all-state for the second straight time. He finished his career with the Wampus Cats scoring 1,074 points, only the second Conway player to do that since 2000.
