NORTH LITTLE ROCK — Conway High opened its volleyball season Tuesday night with a straight set victory over North Little Rock, 25-11, 27-25 and 25-12.

Jada Benton had nine kills and three blocks. Bailey McKee had 20 assists and McCall Wilkins added three aces. Abby Mann had 16 digs.

Conway won the JV game, 25-14, 26-14. Courtney Campbell had seven kills and Sara Nethercutt had 12 assists. Ashley Bernard added four aces, Jacklyn Quinit, nine digs and Allison Weatherly, three blocks.

Conway boys and girls prevailed over Bryant in a dual nine-hole golf match Monday at The Greens at Nutters Chapel.

The boys, led by Tanner Bezet’s 35, combined for 149 to Bryant’s 152. The CHS girls, powered by Summar Roachell’s 34, won, 134-140.
