Anyone who has seen the Conway Christian School drama club in action could never guess that this year is the first year for the school to have a drama program.
Members of the club have entertained at special school programs such as Grandparents' Day and Dads and Donuts by performing skits and creating video productions.
Recently, a group of drama club members traveled to the Conway Christian Elementary School to perform a readers' theatre for the younger students. The children enjoyed having high school students entertain them and said they cannot wait for them to return.
The drama club is a wonderful new addition to Conway Christian. It has become very much a part of special functions at the school and contributes greatly to the creative side of Conway Christian School.
On April 17, the drama club will present the children's classic "Robin Hood" in its inaugural full-length production.
