Conway Garden Club has been busy with many activities besides our regular meetings at 1 p.m. the first Tues. of each month. One of these recent activities was our annual plant sale, always the first Saturday in April at the fountain of the Westgate subdivision. Due to the recent rain the gardeners had trouble getting out to their gardens to dig, Charles Rainey who has his own landscasping design company helped us out by providing beautiful three gallon pots of azaleas in pink and red which we sold for only fifteen dollars. Our sale this year was on April 5.
Julia Fraser coordinated the sale with helpers present on sight ;Elizabeth Black, Cashier ,Donna Bivens, Delaine Gartner, Mary Hammett, Paulette Herring, Florene Phipps, Vickie Repp, Sherry Scholijegerdes. President Bonnie Stidham had to be out of state on family illness. Others who contributed flowers or helped in other ways were Pat Byrd, Norma Crass, Betty Taylor and Terry Williams.

FALL IMAGINATION
The grass seems to bow for me
The trees bend with the wind
The leaves fall like confetti
For this is nature and me
