 Probable cause has been found to charge seven persons who appeared Monday at Faulkner County Circuit Court:
Phillip W. Isom, 30 credit or debit card fraud. Bond was denied for Isom, a state inmate not eligible for parole till 2023. Division 1 pretrial was set for June 19.
Nicholas Moreland, 22, Benton burglary, theft. Bond was denied for Moreland, a formerly paroled state inmate. Division 1 pretrial was set for June 19.
Henry Benjamin Moses, 29, Conway aggravated robbery, theft, felon with a firearm, illegal use of a communications facility. Bond was set at $200,000. Division 1 pretrial was set for June 19.
Portia Sylvester, 24, Vilonia violating probation. Bond was denied. Division 1 revocation hearing was set for May 28.
Melissa Kay Brooke, 35, Branson, Mo. forgery, hot check violation. Bond was set at $5,000. Division 2 pretrial was set for June 25.
