 Probable cause has been found to charge five persons who appeared Monday at Faulkner County Circuit Court:
Kenneth McClure, 27, Conway domestic battery, hot check violation, failure to appear. Bond was set at $1,000. Division 1 pretrial set for May 28.
Davy Wilkinson, 33, Heber Springs, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, drug paraphernalia, fictitious tags, possession of marijuana. Bond was denied due to previous failure to appear. Division 2 pretrial set for July 31.
Mike Long, 25, Greenbrier hot check violation. Released on own recognizance. Division 2 pretrial set for June 5
Steven Dycus, 33, Mayflower possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500 for drug charges. Division 3 pretrial hearing set for June 16.
Melissa Ann Mohr, 25, Conway possesion of controlled substance, public intoxication. Bond was denied. Division 3 pretrial set for June 23.
