   
City of Greenbrier works to establish community farmers' market
An effort is under way to establish a community farmer's market in Greenbrier.
Cheryl Loetscher of Heaven's Gift, a food bank in Greenbrier, said anyone who grows vegetables will be welcome to sell their produce outside her store front, located in the Professional Plaza, Suite 12, behind the Greenbrier Post Office.
Any excess produce can be donated to Heaven's Gift for the food bank. Heaven's Gift is a nonprofit organization, and donations are tax deductible.
Loetscher said at this time she is trying to determine who is interested.
