A relief fund for Jake Pruett and family has been established at Centennial Bank to receive donations to assist in medical costs.

Pruett and his wife, Nikki Gates Pruett, were injured in a motorcycle accident Sept. 2 when their motorcycle collided with a deer on Highway 287 near Holland.

Jake Pruett is in intensive care at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.

Nikki Gates Pruett said Thursday that Jake Pruett is being held in a medicated coma while his intercranial pressure is being monitored.

Nikki Gates Pruett is recovering at her home from head trauma, a punctured lung and other injuries.

According to Susan Cole, Centennial Bank branch manager at Vilonia, the Conway couple has been married for less than two months, and “all help is appreciated.”
“We don’t know how long he will be out of commission,” Cole said. “I know they have bills and need help.”
Cole said Jake Pruett’s mother, Shelia Pruett, is employed as a loan officer at the Vilonia branch.

To assist the family with a monetary donation, attend any Centennial Bank branch location and ask to contribute to the Jake Pruett fund.

Cash, check and electronic forms of payment will be accepted.

Jake Pruett is employed as a Registered Nurse at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock and at Conway Regional Medical Center.
