In support of its third studio album, "Further West," American Folk duo Hungrytown will perform April 7 at the Faulkner County Library.

Hungrytown includes Vermont natives Rebecca Hall and Ken Anderson.

The stop is part of a 44-date, 14-state tour for the album that spent two months last summer in the top 10 on the American Folk DJ charts and was included on at least 14 Best of 2015 lists.

"We are grateful to all the DJs and journalists who selected ‘Further West’ as one of their favorite albums of 2015," the band said on its website. "Most of all, a million thanks to our crowdfunding supporters, who made it possible for us to get these songs out into the world."

The duo’s music has been featured in several TV shows including "The Daily Show" and "Portlandia."

"Further West" was recorded in the duo’s home state of Vermont and was made possible through fans that helped with crowdfunding the album.

The album was recorded over a two-month period between tours across North America, Europe and New Zealand.

On the album, cellist Suzanne Mueller and Vermont fiddler Lissa Schneckenburger joined Hungrytown.

The concert is free, open to the public and starts at 7 p.m. April 7 at the library.
