Two were arrested Friday after Faulkner County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at a residence that resulted in the recovery of about $75,000 in stolen property.
FCSO Chief Deputy Matt Rice said David Christie, 44, and Amanda Ruhl, 19, were taken into custody after an investigation by Arkansas State Police and FCSO turned up stolen tractors, miscellaneous equipment, and a "large amount" of drug paraphernalia at their Barham Loop home near Lake Conway.
Conway police and the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Metro S.W.A.T team assisted in the execution of the search warrant.
Christie was charged with four counts of theft by receiving, simultaneous possession of a firearm, felon in possession of firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ruhl was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both are being held in Faulkner County jail.
Sixteen FCSO deputies also conducted a saturation of the county Friday night that resulted in over 75 traffic stops and numerous arrests for offenses ranging from warrants to drug violations.
