JOHNSON COUNTY (KATV) — A Clarksville man has been arrested after being accused of performing sexual acts on children.

Jacob Robert Dolson, 29, is charged with four counts of rape and one count of sexual indecency with a child after three children told investigators Dolson forced them to engage in sexual acts with him in their home.

The children - a boy and two girls - were taken into custody of the Arkansas Department of Human Services in June 2015 after Johnson County authorities received a complaint that the children were barricaded in a bedroom and living in hot and unsanitary conditions.

According to the arrest affidavit, the boy told his foster mother in October 2015 Dolson had sexually abused him. The woman called the child abuse hotline and investigators interviewed the boy and one of the girls.

Authorities say when he was interviewed, Dolson admitted he had touched the children while giving them a shower. He told investigators he wanted to talk to his attorney, so he left. He called later and said he would come back and give them a statement if they presented more evidence against him.

In February 2016, the foster mother reported to authorities the two girls began talking about how they were also sexually abused by Dolson.

A judge signed an affidavit for his arrest and Dolson was booked September 16 in the Johnson County Detention Center on $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 4.
