Time: ~30 minutes


Drizzle of olive oil1 large onion, chopped1 pound ground venison (or beef)2 sweet potatoes, chopped small (Drewry Farm & Orchards)Beaverfork Blend (Cedar Rock Ridge)Salt & pepper


1) Heat a pan over medium. Drizzle in a small amount of olive oil, then cook onion until translucent.

2) Add venison, season well with Beaverfork Blend and cook until browned.

3) Add sweet potatoes and stir to combine. Cover with a lid and cook until soft, stirring occasionally.

4) Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy as a taco filling – especially if using homemade flour tortillas.
