ERA TEAM Real Estate announced Wednesday it acquired Pam McDowell Properties, which nearly doubled its agent count and gaining market share.

McDowell will stay on as an agent.

"Coming together with Pam McDowell Properties broker/owner Pam McDowell, who opened her brokerage in 1995, was a natural fit that will better serve clients in Central Arkansas’ hot real estate market," Tracy Tidwell, principal broker/owner of ERA TEAM Real Estate which she co-owns with executive broker Mark Tidwell, said. "This allows Mrs. McDowell to shift her focus from management to listing and selling, a role she is passionate about with a team she respects."

The two companies will operate as ERA TEAM Real Estate out of the Conway office at 1600 Dave Ward Drive with a combined 63 independent sales agents serving the central Arkansas area.

"Not only have our two companies shared a culture based on customer service and a commitment to central Arkansas residents, we’re deeply invested in the development of our affiliated agents," Tracy said. "ERA TEAM Real Estate provides a suite of technology, training and career development tools to help our agents take their business to the next level and we are excited to share these tools, training and technology with our new agents."

In the next few weeks, ERA TEAM Real Estate will focus on personalized marketing plans for each incoming agent and preparing for several all-agent training and development sessions in 2018, she said.

"We’ve brought in many new agents and felt we needed more of today’s technology tools and training to increase their productivity to keep up with the ever-changing real estate industry," Tracy said. "ERA TEAM’s reputation, tradition and strength in the market, along with the value they offer agents, made this a perfect fit. We are also in tune with one another in terms of professionalism and our focus on relationships, from buyers and sellers to charity organizations we are proud to support."
