Anna Lou Smith, 77, of Clinton, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, at Ozark Health Medical Center in Clinton. She was born June 1, 1932, at Saint Joe, to the late Douglas and Emaline Mays Keeling.

She had lived the past 12 years with her niece and family, Emma and Jeremy Smiley and children Kelsey and Dalton.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Clifford "Nip" Smith and Jerome Bramlett; brothers, Ray, Johnnie and Charlie Keeling; sisters, Helen Adams and Susie Austin.

She is survived by her sister, Patsy Harmon of Dennard; Patsy’s children, Robert "Bog" (Debbie) Bramlett, Bobby Joe "Perk" Bramlett, Joyce Bramlett and Patricia (Greg) Stuart; and a host of other nieces and nephews.

To never have had any children of her own she had loved and cared for many over the years and they will all miss her greatly.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Dennard Community Church with visitation prior to service at 9 a.m., with Pastor Tommy Jolly officiating and music by Pam Hopkins.

Burial will be at Dennard Cemetery under the direction of Roller McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton.

Casketbearers will be Doug Bramlett, John Keeling, Justin Keeling, Patrick Bryson, Jeremy Bryson and Adam McJunkins.
