The University of Central Arkansas Police Department has completed its investigation into an alleged on-campus rape and turned over the findings to the Office of the 20th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney.
According to the report, an 18-year-old female UCA student told police that she was sexually assaulted while attending a party at the Sigma Phi Epsilon house Jan. 23.
UCA police have made no arrests in the case and expect a decision from the prosecutor’s office this week, according to a press release from Arch Jones, UCAPD Director of organizational and community services.
The report lists a 21-year-old male UCA student as a possible suspect.
UCA’s Division of Student Services will determine if any university violations have occurred.
