LITTLE ROCK — Former President Bill Clinton says he will provide a 2-to-1 match for every donation his foundation receives this week.

Clinton will provide the match, up to $200,000, for all donations received until midnight Saturday, according to the Clinton Foundation’s website.

The former president and Arkansas governor established the foundation in 2001 to alleviate poverty, improve public health and protect the environment around the globe. The foundation seeks to foster partnerships between governments, businesses, non-governmental organizations and private citizens to pursue those goals.

The foundation has offices in New York, Boston and Little Rock.
