Jillian Jenkins, a Conway teenager reported missing by her family three weeks ago, has been found.
Jenkins, 17, was located at her mother’s house in Beebe by police late Tuesday after her father received information that the teen may be at the residence, according to La Tresha Woodruff, Conway police public information officer.
Jenkins’ father is her guardian, Woodruff said, and her mother does not have custodial rights.
"We do not know yet how long she had been [in Beebe] or if she was there the whole time, but investigators are looking in to that," Woodruff said.
Jenkins was reported missing March 28 by her father when the teen was found to be absent from school and did not return home. Jenkins’ father reportedly told a Conway police investigator that when he spoke to his daughter the morning of her disappearance and she told him she was on her way to school.
While searching for Jenkins, investigators found her vehicle parked behind a convenience store on Arkansas 64 just outside of Conway.
