HARRISON, Ark. (AP) — Harrison police have arrested two juveniles for threatening to blow up two schools in the north Arkansas city.

Police on Tuesday said a person at Harrison Junior High found a note that contained a bomb threat after dismissal on Monday.

The Harrison Daily Times reports that police watched surveillance video and developed a juvenile female suspect. Police say she confessed when questioned Tuesday and was taken to a juvenile detention center at Batesville.

Police also made an arrest Tuesday for a Nov. 13 bomb threat at Harrison Middle School. A male juvenile was arrested. He was released to his parents after being cited.

No bomb was found in either case. Both children face juvenile misdemeanor charges. Their names weren't released due to their ages.
