Christian friends I greet you in the name of Jesus: for no other name is greater than the name Jesus our Lord and our Savior. Do you believe truth? How do you feel when you hear truth about yourself? You can do it. You can succeed. Are these words unbelievable to you? They should not be because they are the truth. The Bible says, Buy the truth, and sell it not. If you do not believe that you can do it and that you can succeed in life then you have sold the truth and bought a lie. Let us examine two factors that cause one to buy the lie. How does God feel about me succeeding? What if have I failed in the past?

God wants you to succeed. The Bible reveals three indisputable particulars: one that you are the apple of God’s eye, secondly, God loves you enough to give you the best that heaven has and thirdly God has given you the strength to succeed. God is so smitten with you that he equates you with the body’s most sensitive appendage. God gave Jesus and through Him, you can do all things. With the strength and guidance, he provides you can overcome every obstacle and avoid every pitfall that is before you. Without God you would not be able to lift anything, move or even stand. It is because of God that you have the ability to make wealth. God wants you to succeed. You Can Do It.

Past failures do not predetermine future success. You can overcome any obstacle that you face. The Bible says in Proverbs 24:16 A Righteous man falls seven times, and rises up again (KJV). This passage of scripture should encourage everyone who has made a mistake to get up and try again, it is not over. Furthermore, the fact that you are still alive indicates that you are stronger than what you have encountered; therefore learn from it since whatever you went through did not kill you. Thomas Edison, the pioneer of electricity, failed 1,000 times trying to invent the light bulb but today we have light bulbs. When questioned about his failures he said, "I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps." Your past mistakes do not determine your future success. You Can Do It.

You can succeed at whatever you want to do. God’s will is for you to be successful. God has supplied you with the resources you need to succeed. He has given this to you because he wants you to be successful. As long as God is on your side, nothing in your past can prevent you from succeeding. Your past may be dark, but your future is bright. Your past failures will not keep you from succeeding as you go forward. You Can Do It.

Until the next time: your assignment is to know You Can Do It.

May the God of Glory keep you.
