Pastor Maltbia celebrates 20 years of service

On Sunday, Oct. 27, at 11 a.m., the True Holiness Saints Center will be honoring Pastor E.C. Maltbia and family for two decades of service as Founder and Senior Pastor of True Holiness Saints Center. The Theme of this event is "Reaping the Rewards of Faithfulness." The guest speaker will be Pastor Brian Baker pastor of Victory Praise & Worship Church of Jacksonville, Ark.

Pastor Maltbia’s ministry far exceeds his service at True Holiness and within other religious affiliations. Over the years, he has demonstrated his leadership through serving on the board of directors for the following organizations: United Way of Faulkner County, the Faulkner County Leadership Institute, the University of Central Arkansas Grievance Advisory Board, the Salvation Army of Faulkner County, both the Central Arkansas and Conway Ministerial Alliance, and as Chaplain for the Arkansas House of Representatives 87th General Assembly. He currently serves the Arkansas Community Foundation, Conway Civil Service Commission, as Chaplain for the Conway Police Department, as Commissioner for the Arkansas Martin Luther King Coalition and as a member of the Conway Regional Hospital Board of Directors.

Throughout Pastor Maltbia’s ministry, he has received several awards and recognition for his outstanding leadership both locally and nationally which include: the State of Arkansas Certificate of Recognition, Keys to the City of Conway from former Mayor David Kinley and current Mayor Tab Townsell, the Honorary Assistant General of the State of Arkansas Award and the Distinguished Citizen Award among a number of other awards and certificates he has received. Pastor Maltbia has conducted revivals, lectures, workshops, seminars, conferences, teaching, preaching and speaking engagements in not only the State of Arkansas but also in Colorado, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.

Fall Festival

The Rock Solid Church Fall Festival will be held 5-7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27.

There will be games, prizes, and food.

Church appropriate costumes are requested.

Fall Fun Night

Immanuel Baptist Church Fall Fun Night will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31.

There will be candy, inflatables, games, popcorn and hotdogs.

The church is located at 61 Green Valley Dr. in Greenbrier (across the street from Westside Elementary School).
