GREENBRIER — Greenbrier's Public Library has been a happening place all summer. Under the able leadership of Librarian Gail Polak, they have had on-going story telling times every Wednesday at 11:30. In addition they have two hours of craft time every Tuesday from 1 to 3 p.m. where the children are directed to be creative. Many of their special works remain on display at the library for you to enjoy.
Doc Rogers, who is a mind-bender magician, gave a terrific magic show to a packed house July 24. Thank you to Ms. Amber who visited and gave one of the most awesome story times ever as she led the littlest children on the coolest bear hunt! Ms. Loretta's also donated her first story time and it was awesome. Farm animals are always a favorite of the children and May's Mini Farm visited on the afternoon of the 18th.
You won't want to miss Tommy Terrific's Magic Show July 31 at 1 p.m. Tuesday August 5 is another Wild Life Animal Program at 3 p.m. Besides reading, talking books, videos and computers, there is much going on in that little building next to City Hall. Drop in and say Hi.
