Conway Corporation will have a topping-out ceremony for its Customer Care Center at 11 a.m. March 30 in the southwest corner of the parking lot at the corner of Locust and Prairie streets.

The building will house 24 private offices, four conference rooms, a board room, training room, employee lounge/break room, work space for around 50 employees and leave room for future expansion of office space.

"The building will serve as our customer care center," Conway Corp spokesman Crystal Kemp said. "The first floor will have all of our customer care staff. It is where customers will go to establish service, make payments [and more]."

Marketing and billing staff will be on the second floor along with training space, Kemp said.

The third floor will hold executive offices and a board room, she said. Construction will cost $7.3 million and is expected to be complete in February 2017.
