Mayflower United Methodist Church

Mayflower United Methodist Women announce their Spring Bazaar, Bake and Craft Sale. The sale will be held on April 2, 2016 in the church fellowship hall from 7 am until noon. We will be having the traditional home-made fried pies, cooked in peanut oil, for the same low price of $1 each! There will be several fruit flavors from apple, apricot, blueberry, cherry and peach to the ever popular chocolate! Be sure to come early for the best selection. Home preserved jams, jellies, and pickles will be alongside quick breads, cookies, cakes and rolls.

One of our members has crafted a lovely full size quilt with several Bible verses, pieced blocks and flying geese. The warm colors will compliment most any décor. The quilt may be viewed at Linda’s Grocery in Mayflower until the day before the sale. The quilt chances are just $1 per chance, no need to be present to win.

All proceeds from the sale are used here in our community for mission work for women, youth and children. For more information, please contact Pastor Rick Wilkins at 501-442-5045 or Carol Bales at 501-529-2330.
