A 16-year-old boy charged as an adult in a battery case was found in Louisiana on Wednesday night.

An arrest warrant was issued against Kane Millsaps on Sept. 8 after he cut his ankle monitor off and failed an alcohol test.

Prosecuting Attorney Cody Hiland said Millsaps was picked up around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in Louisiana.

He faces felony first-degree battery and misdemeanor possession of an instrument of crime after authorities became aware of a video posted to YouTube showing Millsaps hitting an unsuspecting 12-year-old boy while wearing brass knuckles.

Hiland said Millsaps’ $25,000 bond was revoked for cutting his ankle monitor off.

Millsaps is set to appear in circuit court for a first appearance regarding the bond revocation Friday.
