The Castle at Harmon Ranch Named 2018 Greenbrier New Business of the Year

The Castle at Harmon Ranch, located at 227 Hwy 25 N, north of Greenbrier, has been named the 2018 New Business of the Year by the Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce. The event center will be recognized at the 2018 Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet on March 1, at the Greenbrier Junior High Cafetorium.

The Castle opened in the spring of 2017 and offers indoor and outdoor spaces for a variety of events from weddings to proms to The Sugar Plum Ball.

The indoor facility has a stage and double staircase with a fully-equipped kitchen while the outdoor space has an arbor and a garden.

The Greenbrier Chamber named Graham Brothers Electric, Inc. the 2018 Small Business of the Year and Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab the 2018 Business of the Year.

David Bazzell will be the guest speaker at the banquet.

Lewis Ranch

A new entrance was being constructed for Lewis Ranch.

The plan calls for Amity Road to turn north of Crain GMC and go through Lewis Ranch to the second roundabout on Dave Ward Drive.

This will give shoppers a connected corridor starting at Conway Farm and Home Supply then going through Lewis Crossing, Lewis Ranch and on to Conway Commons.

Western Sizzlin’ Express at Greenbrier

The Western Sizzlin’ Express, owned by Scott Jones who has the Western Sizzlin’ in Clinton, has been framed up and is taking shape.

The restaurant will be located north of Anytime Fitness and will feature a drive-thru window, something new for Western Sizzlin’ restaurants.

HomeBank of Arkansas

Greenbrier’s HomeBank of Arkansas is now set to move into its new two-story brick building next to the Greenbrier Neighborhood Market around President’s Day, Feb. 19.

The bank has been located next door behind the gas station.

Greenbrier McDonald’s

The Greenbrier McDonald’s is undergoing a renovation similar to what was recently done at the McDonald’s on Skyline Drive in Conway and the one in Maumelle.

The drive-thru will remain open during the remodeling.

Remodeling includes the new kiosks in the dining room, which allow customers to place their own orders.
