The business meeting was called to order by president Vernelle Crews who led the Opening Ritual. The chapter received an invitation from the Conway Bookcase Project to attend their annual awards ceremony at the Faulkner County Library on April 15th.

Our chapter is in charge of preparations for the annual Founder's Day dinner which will be held this year at Bear's Bistro. It was announced that the Mary Jane Moix 5K to benefit pancreatic cancer research will be held April 28th.

Keeping in mind our International theme, “In Touch With Tomorrow,” a program was given by Judy Schultz on futuristic smart technologies that exist today, including smart pills, smart cars and smart glasses.
