The Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office Major Crime Unit is still searching for a Wooster woman who hasn’t been seen since leaving a Conway shopping center on Saturday afternoon.

Elvia Fragstein left her Wooster home around 1 p.m. Saturday headed to Conway.

During its investigation, FCSO was able to retrace some of Fragstein’s movements on surveillance cameras in local businesses. Investigators released photos of Fragstein at Starbucks inside Kroger on Salem Road, which Lt. Chad Wooley noted was “hours prior” to when she was last seen — checking out at TJ Maxx in the Conway Commons Shopping Center at 3:42 p.m.

After checking out, investigators said she walked to her 2013 silver Honda CRV which they believe “was parked somewhere in front of TJ Maxx.”

“We are able to track her vehicle traveling at a higher rate of speed than expected towards Elsinger from the TJ Maxx area. The vehicle then travels down the outskirts of the parking lot and back towards the front of Target, traveling south down of the side of Target,” Wooley said. “We are reaching out to the public to see if anyone noticed anything out of the ordinary in the parking lot of TJ Maxx. We are actively investigating this as a missing person case.

“At this time there is no evidence of foul play.”
