Authorities are asking the for the public's help in identifying a man who is suspected of stealing items from a vehicle on Pinnacle Ridge Road.

Conway Police Department spokesman LaTresha Woodruff said the man caught on surveillance footage is suspected of steeling items from a Jeep around 4:30 a.m. Sept. 25 on Pinnacle Springs Road.

Authorities released several screenshots Tuesday afternoon taken from the surveillance footage in hopes someone could help identify the suspect.

"While we realize the video isn't the best quality, perhaps someone can still identify the man," Woodruff said. "He is believed to be a white man in his 20s with short brown hair."

The man captured by the homeowner's surveillance camera appears to be wearing khaki pants and a light-colored shirt as he approaches the Jeep parked at a Pinnacle Ridge Road residence. After walking out of sight on camera, a light-colored Nissan Altima is seen leaving the area.

Anyone with information regarding the man's identity or the theft itself is asked to call Conway police immediately.

"If you have any information on this man's identity or this case, you are asked to call detective [Trey] Hodges at 501-450-6130," Woodruff said.

Tipsters can also remain anonymous by testing CRIMES (274-637) using the keyword "Conway" in the message body.

"Thanks in advance for your cooperation," Woodruff said.
