Authorities are asking the public's help in locating Teo Alderson, who is wanted on a voyeurism charge.

The 37-year-old suspect was arrested less than two weeks ago on a voyeurism charge and has since been charged with a second count in an unrelated, prior incident.

"If you recall, Conway police arrested Alderson less than two weeks ago on the same charge after getting a call about a man peeping in a window on Silver Springs [Circle]," Conway Police Department spokesman LaTresha Woodruff wrote in a Wednesday evening Facebook post alerting the public of its search for Alderson. "This new charge stems from a separate case from September in which Alderson was developed as the suspect seen peeping in someone's window."

Conway City Attorney Chuck Clawson said city officials work hard to seek justice and want to ensure Alderson receives tougher restrictions should he post bond on the more recent charge filed against him.

Of the restrictions that would be imposed against the 37-year-old suspect would be a GPS ankle monitor. Clawson also told the Log Cabin he would ask that Alderson be held behind bars on a higher bond than his previous voyeurism charge. About two weeks ago, the suspect was released from the county jail on a $1,000 bond. Clawson said he will ask that Alderson now be held on a $2,500 bond.

Having an ankle monitor will help ensure Alderson does not return to Silver Springs Circle, where is accused to have been peeping through local residents' windows, Clawson said.

"This will help to keep a better eye on his movements should he post bail," the city attorney said.

Clawson said local authorities are making it "a high priority" to arrest Alderson after learning he was the suspect of more than one "Peeping Tom" incident in the same neighborhood. The Log Cabin also learned residents of Silver Springs Circle have been cautioned by neighbors for years of a Peeping Tom in the area.

"There's no telling how long this has been going on," Clawson said of the allegations against Alderson.

Anyone with information regarding Alderson's whereabouts is asked to contact Conway police immediately.

"If you have any information on Alderson's whereabouts, you are asked to call the Conway Police Department at 450-6120 or you can text an anonymous tip to CRIMES [using] the keyword 'Conway' plus your tip," Woodruff said. "Thanks in advance for your help."
