The Conway Symphony Orchestra will be bringing the music of John Williams to Reynolds Performance Hall at 7:30 p.m. April 20.

Williams is known best for his music in films such as "E.T.," "Star Wars," "Superman" and "Harry Potter."

Tickets are available through the Box Office at 501-450-3265 for $5 for children/students; $10 for UCA faculty/staff; $20, $30, $38, for adults; or adult tickets only at ConwaySymphony.org.

“The whole CSO community has been looking forward to this concert all season,” Conductor Israel Getzov said. “John Williams is a master of writing music that perfectly captures the mood of each film. To hear so many of his great movie masterworks performed live in one evening will be unforgettable experience for our Conway audience.”

The CSO will have hosts for the evening who will introduce the film music. The orchestra will be joined by UCA President Houston Davis, Conway Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Vice President Jamie Gates, Public Appearances Director Amanda Horton, Conductor CEO Kim Lane, Hendrix President Bill Tsutsui and Emily Yates of Coldwell Banker.

In addition, there will be cash prizes for a costume contest held at intermission. All guests are invited to wear a special costume and parade across the stage during the first 10 minutes of intermission. Sign-up sheets will be in the lobby before the concert begins.
