Guy Perkins Class Of 2019 Graduated last week with over a half million dollars in scholarships.

Congratulations to each graduate! This class was a little emotional as they had one desk sitting aside with a cap and gown and a picture of their classmate, Hunter Squires and diploma was on the desk. As they all put their tassels to the left side of their graduation caps Andrew Gielder walked over and turned Hunter's tassel to the right as Andrew went to the podium to say farewell to his fellow classmates and remind everyone that Hunter was not forgotten.

Please keep the following in prayer: Darrell and Bessie Bearden, Clark and Linda Stevenson, Clark and Faye Hooten, Albert Woods, Wilma Purtle, Sandy Dowdy, Kathy Gronke

and any one else sick in the hospital or lost a loved one.

Congratulations to Kelly Clay on graduating with honors from Southside High School. Kelly is the granddaughter of my friend Sue Clay.

This community especially the school will miss Mandy Bartlett as she has been the Booster Club at school,s President for many years. This past year was her last year since Her son graduated. She started many traditions so I hope who ever takes this wonderful position keeps them up.
