Lloyd Westbrook, program chair for the month of February for Conway Rotary Club, has assembled a number of qualified speakers who will look into Conway’s past.

Members will be told about the history of Conway Corp., the history of Conway Development Corp. and the development of the City of Conway.

The programs also will trace the histories of some of the more prominent families in Conway.

Westbrook will round out the month with a program he’ll present titled, "the rest of the story."

On Feb. 7, Conway Corp. President and CEO, Richie Arnold, will present a program on the history of Conway’s Utility Company, Conway Corp.

Feb. 14, Brad Lacy, CEO of Conway Development Corp., will trace the history of the Corporation and the development of Conway.

The program for Feb. 21, will focus on the history of some of the older, more prominent names in Conway. Local historian Vivian Hogue will lead us down memory lane.

For the final program for the month, Feb. 28, still keeping with his theme, Westbrook will speak on "the rest of the story." He’s is keeping his subject a secret, but promises it will stay with the history of Conway.

Members of the Conway Noon Rotary Club, just as all members of Rotary International the world over, live by the principles laid out in our "4-way Test." Of all the things we say and do: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
