Four pretrial hearings for one of three Faulkner County inmates to escape the jail in August were continued to Oct. 29.

Jonathan Jackson, 24, appeared briefly before Faulkner County Circuit Judge Ed Clawson on Monday morning.

Prosecutors told the court that discovery has been done regarding Jackson’s three previous cases, — involving charges of theft by receiving, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deal methamphetamine or cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia — but they are still awaiting discovery to be completed from Jackson’s fourth criminal case, regarding the Aug. 17 jail escape.

Authorities say Jackson escaped the jail, located at 500 S. German Lane, along with Stacy Wilson, 41, and Joel Vermillion, 27.

Jackson was captured three days after the escape by U.S. Marshals at an Oklahoma City motel. Jackson’s capture occurred one day after Wilson and Vermillion were caught in the parking lot of Duncan Outdoors.
