A 57-year-old Greenbrier man was arrested Tuesday following a narcotics search warrant carried out by the Faulkner County Special Response Team, Street Crime Unit and other Faulkner County investigators.
Gregory Graham was charged with possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities discovered several plastic bags containing suspected marijuana along with digital scales in Graham’s apartment at 1 Tupelo St., according to the affidavit.
Investigators located nine plastic bags of suspected marijuana and three digital scales in a coffee table at the residence, which Graham admitted was for his own personal use, the affidavit states. Graham also told authorities the marijuana located in the coffee table was all he was in possession of, however, investigators located another plastic bag of suspected marijuana, weighing more than three ounces, along with another digital scale in the kitchen, the affidavit states.
After moving the coffee table, a box full of baggies and a plastic tray was located. Authorities said the tray contained partially burnt hand-rolled cigarettes, which appeared to contain marijuana, according to the affidavit.
Graham was transferred to the Faulkner County jail and was scheduled to make a first appearance in Faulkner County Circuit Court on Wednesday morning, court documents show.
