Stacy Wilson, one of three Faulkner County inmates to escape the jail Aug. 17, appeared in Faulkner County Circuit Court on Wednesday morning.
Wilson, 41, faces multiple felony charges — including third-degree escape, residential burglary, theft of property, failure to appear and theft by receiving — in four separate cases.
Prosecution has also filed a motion to impose a suspended sentence regarding a 2010 case, in which Wilson pleaded guilty to two felonies and four misdemeanors. To date, the suspended sentence has not been imposed.
Judge Mike Maggio set Wilson’s next pretrial hearing for Dec. 2.
Wilson’s most recent charge, third-degree escape, results from when authorities say he and two other inmates — Jonathan Jackson and Joel Vermillion — escaped the detention facility, located at 500 S. German Lane.
Wilson was captured, along with Vermillion, days after the escape. Jackson was captured the following day at an Oklahoma City motel.
Wilson is currently being held in lieu of a $1 million bond.
