Conway police say an intoxicated male was stabbed in the arm during an incident in the 1000 block of Skyline Drive on Sunday afternoon.
Officers said they made contact with a 63-year-old Conway man who stated he was stabbed by a man in the parking lot of the Howard Johnson Inn.
"He advised the male did not try to rob him," an officer noted in the incident report. "He advised the male ‘just stabbed me and then walked away.’"
Police asked the man to write a statement about the incident, at which time he notified police he could, but would not.
According to the police report, there was a one-inch cut on the man’s left elbow, however, he refused to be taken to the hospital.
"He stated he was good, and just wanted to go home," the police report states.
Police were unable to determine where the incident took place. Officers were told there was a "large amount of blood" in the men’s room of the hotel, but it was cleaned before police arrived.
Due to the fact the victim was intoxicated, a cab was called to take him home, the police report states.
