Anna Edwards of Conway and Brad Baxley of Nashville, Ark., have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Robert and Karen Edwards of Conway. She is the granddaughter of the late J.E. and Ruby Loveless and the late Charles Brough Edwards and the late Virginia Morris Edwards.
She is a 2003 graduate of Conway High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology. She will graduate from UCA in December with a Bachelor of Science in secondary education.
She is a member of Phi Alpha Theta at UCA.
The prospective groom is the son of Karon and Sherry Baxley of Nashville, Ark. He is the grandson of the late Dale and Mildred Baxley, and Alene Sims and the late James Woodruff.
He is a 1995 graduate of Nashville High School and a 1999 graduate of Henderson State University with a Bachelor of Arts in public administration.
He is currently employed as a property claims adjuster at Farmers Insurance.
The wedding is set to take place at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 5, 2013, in Greene Chapel at Hendrix College.
The reception will be held at the Conway Country Club.
