Courtney Elms and Ryan Nash, both of Conway, have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Courtney is the daughter of David and Janis Elms of Conway. She is the granddaughter of Buddy Allison and the late Patricia Allison of Conway and the late Eulos and Juanita Elms of Little Rock.

She is a 2002 graduate of Conway High School, a 2006 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a 2010 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a master’s degree in nursing.

She is an alumni of Delta Delta Delta sorority, OAC (Obesity Action Coalition) and ASMBS (American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery).

She is currently employed as a Nurse Practitioner for Dr. John W. Baker, M.D., F.A.C.S. in Little Rock.

The prospective groom is the son of Greg and Martha Nash of Conway.

He is the grandson of the late Dan Sr. and Rose Freyaldenhoven of Conway and the late Joe and Cecilia Nash of Morrilton.

He is a 2001 graduate of St. Joseph High School in Conway and attended the University of Central Arkansas.

He is currently employed as a Master Electrician at Lock-Wood Electric Company in Conway.

The wedding is set to take place at 6 p.m. Oct. 20 at First Presbyterian Church in Conway.
