The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court Wednesday:

• Orlando Cortez Mosely, 20, 26 Sagewood, Conway, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2007 possession of a controlled substance and hindering apprehension conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for Sept. 9. Public defender Boyd "Skip" Tackett was appointed.

• Heather Brooke Stevenson, 24, 15 Simpson Road, Vilonia, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Seven counts forgery. Bond was set at $2,500. Pretrial was set for Nov. 12. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

• Melissa S. Neal, 28, 189 Grand Trunk Road, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Permitting child abuse. Bond was set at $15,000. Pretrial was set for Nov. 12. Public defender Boyd "Skip" Tackett was appointed. 

• Amanda Williams (also listed on the docket at Amanda McCool), 33, 1 Chipmunk Drive, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2002 possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, maintaining a drug premises, possession of ephedrine/pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine conviction. Williams was released on electronic ankle monitoring. Probation revocation hearing was set for Oct. 13. No public defender was appointed.

• Adam MacKenzie Stewart, 21, 110 Waterfront Cove, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Two counts criminal impersonation. Bond was denied. Pretrial was set for Oct. 13. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

• Tammie M. Couch, 45, 1043 Highway 89 North, Mayflower, according to Couch’s statements in court, no address information available other than "Mayflower" on FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2006 misdemeanor hot check law. Couch was released on her own recognizance. A motion to impose suspended sentence will be heard on Aug. 26. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

• Anthony Paul Flores, 22, 67 Brewer Road, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Three counts probation revocation stemming from 2005 possession of a controlled substance conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for Sept. 11. Public defender Stephen Ralph was appointed.

• Marcus Lee Davis, 23, 552 Mitchell St., Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Rape. Bond was set at $20,000. Pretrial was set for Oct. 22. No public defender was appointed.
