Burris was taken by air ambulance to Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, where he died early this morning. Jones was treated and released at Conway Regional, along with a child that was also in the car.
Weather conditions were clear at the time of the accident, according to the ASP report, but the roadway was wet from rain earlier in the evening.
