• Derek Dashannon Keller, 30, was arrested for possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on Feb. 25. Keller wrecked his vehicle on Roden Mill Road and cursed at arriving law enforcement. Keller was described as being argumentative and eventually was hand cuffed and searched.  A metal smoking pipe and a green pill bottle containing crack cocaine were found on his person. Keller pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to four years in a regional punishment facility.

• Marcel Roshell Perry, 21, was arrested March 13, 2008 on five counts of aggravated robbery, three felony counts of theft of property and two misdemeanor counts of theft of property. Perry pleaded guilty to the charges this week in circuit court and was sentenced to 12 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction with an additional 120 months suspended imposition of sentence. 

• Devan David Rushing, 20, was arrested for battery on May 5, 2009.  He pleaded guilty and was placed on probation.  On June 2, 2010, a warrant was issued for Rushing for violating the terms and conditions of his probation. Rushing stipulated to being in violation of his probation and was sentenced to five years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.

• Terico Dudley, 26, was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction after entering a guilty plea to the charges of residential burglary, driving left of center, driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of firearm by certain person, theft by receiving and possession of a controlled substance.

• Dustin Ray Huckaby, 21, was found to be in violation of the terms and conditions of his probation on two separate cases and received 72 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Sentences will run concurrent.
