Elizabeth Insell of Batesville and Joel Newton of Greenbrier have announced their engagement and forthcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Steve and Becky Insell of Batesville. She is the granddaughter of Charles and Jean Insell of Batesville, Dot and Ron Enos of Batesville and the late Ray Starnes of Batesville.
She is a 2000 graduate of Batesville High School. She received an associate of arts degree with a business focus from the University of Arkansas Community College of Batesville in 2002, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lyon College in 2005 and a master’s degree in early childhood education in 2010.
She currently is a teacher with the Conway Public School District.
The prospective groom is the son of Ronnie and Donna Newton of Greenbrier. He is the grandson of Evert and Pearl Newton of Greenbrier and the late Hiram and the late Ruth Smith of Hot Springs.
He is a 1996 graduate of Greenbrier High School.
He works for Newton Tree Service and is the owner of Conway Martial Arts/Conway MMA.
The 11 a.m. wedding is set to take place Nov. 20 at Grace Bible Fellowship Church.
