The Conway City Council will meet as a committee at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday to consider a long list of proposed street improvements for 2011.
Ten major street projects on the list total $16 million and include among others the College Avenue relocation, Prince Street relocation, the Western Loop, a roundabout at College and Country Club and some 24 street reconstruction projects at a cost of $4.320 million and 21 street overlays at a cost of $926,000 that are listed as "needed."
In its meeting at 6:30 p.m., the council will prioritize the street projects and discuss where the funding will come from.
In other business, the council will:
• Hear an update on the Community Development Block Grant funding for 2011.
