The Silver Alert issued for a 57-year-old woman suffering from dementia was canceled late Monday night, when she was found unharmed.
Kathryn Horton was reported missing by her son after she stepped outside of Walmart to smoke a cigarette, and apparently left the area in the vehicle they were traveling in.
A Conway Police Department release stated that Horton phoned a relative from a Little Rock gas station, but she had again left the area before family could make contact.
An attendant at the business told authorities that she left the gas station with a male who offered to help her.
According to a KATV news story, Horton was found in a Conway mobile home park where she once lived.
