Conway Police are searching for a man who has been accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old female.

A Conway Police Department release stated Wednesday that Jesus Francisco Arredondo-Jasso, 23, is wanted on charges of second-degree sexual assault and sexual indecency with a child.

According to LaTresha Woodruff, public information officer for the Conway Police Department, the victim is the daughter of the suspect’s girlfriend.

The victim allegedly confided in a school counselor.

"The girl later told investigators that Arredondo-Jasso came into her room several times at night and sexually assaulted her. The mother said she confronted Arredondo-Jasso, who denied the allegations and left the house on foot. He hasn’t been seen since," the release stated.

Arredondo-Jasso is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5-feet-7, 200 to 250 pounds, with facial hair.

He has multiple tattoos featuring skulls, an eagle and a rose.

The CPD would ask that those with information on Arredondo-Jasso’s whereabouts, contact detectives Melissa Smith or Greg Jeffries at 450-6120.
